Timber Cavity Units
A timber cavity frame to be paired with either a timber or steel door frame.
This pre-assembled frame is suited for the ease and efficiency of installation. A high grade of Australian timber composes the body for a reliably heavy-duty structure. The unit comes with a track-and-carrier system curated for smooth operation. The galvanised steel twin track holds rigid form over time and use. Up to 90kg are supported by the carrier which glides along the track quietly on its two nylon wheels.
Standard units are designed to suit a clearance under the door of 20mm adjustable to 6mm and to be direct mounted to finished floor surface.
The pocket is versatile in application to accommodate a series of architectural settings. A single or double door may be formed with the cavity whilst the door's fitting may be flush or proud of the opening/closing jamb.
