Practical and timeless, our solid core blockboard doors can be easily resized and modified without compromising their structural integrity.
The blockboard core is formed from short lengths of pine, square dressed and edge-laminated manufactured to an even thickness. At the vertical edges, you'll find clear pine stiles, and our blockboard features edge-glued pine timber strips, complemented by full-length stiles for a seamless finish.
Blockboard doors are ideal for situations where extra strength and durability are required whilst still remaining lighter in weight, such as hospitals and schools.
